- The villa has underfloor heating and an air-source heat pump with heating and cooling function.
The beach of lake Saimaa is only a quick walk away. You can go swimming from the communal dock. The beach is shallow and sandy. The services of the Oravi village are close (about 300 meters).
Laundry machine and equipment storage are in the service building of the area.
Waste sorting and recycling station for mixed waste, bio waste, glass, metal, and cardboard.
There is a communal parking spot for cars, with four charging ports for four electric cars at a time. Electricity is included in the rent. You can drive to the villa for loading and unloading only, but please park your car on its marked spot and keep the emergency exits clear.
Each villa has a living room/kitchen, dining and lounge area, two bedrooms (with adjoining toilets and showers) and an electric heated sauna. There is a fireplace in the living room.
The modern open plan kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, induction stove, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster and cutlery for eight people.
Both bedrooms have double beds (separable in the smaller room), so they sleep four people. For additional beds you can use the sofa bed in the living room, and for a small child we have a travel cot (incl. mattress and protective sheet, not including sheets or bedding). Please let us know if you need additional bedding or the travel cot when you book with us.
The villa is equipped with a TV, WiFi, hairdryer and cleaning equipment.
The villa is heated with an air conditioner and the ventilation is electric. Electrical fire alarm system.
The patio of the villa has a sheltered terrace with lake views. Access the terrace from the living room and sauna. There is a dining table (for 6 people), a parasol and an electric grill on the terrace (only in the summer). Yard and beach lighting.
The rent includes bedlinen + bath and hand towels for four people. The extra bedlinen and towels for additional people cost 30 €/person. The final cleaning is also included in the rent. Pets are allowed (in villas number 8-10) for 100 € additional cost, which covers the extra cleaning work. Please let us know if you want to bring your pet when you’re booking.
Highchair, pot and travel bed are included in the rent, but please let us know if you need them when you are booking. We also have sleds for kids.
Firewood is included in the rent.
