Tallusniemi Grand Villa

Tallusniemi GRAND villa has 6 suites with private bathrooms, 2 of them with private terasses. Villa has fully equipped kitchen and open living room/ dining area and indoor sauna with electric stove. Outside you can find a traditional summer sauna with a wood heated stove and direct access to lake Saimaa for swim! Jetty, row boat, barbaque and fish preparing facilities can also be found from each villa.

Tallusniemi is a hidden peninsula in the middle of Saimaa Lake. It’s a perfect holiday destination around the year for active holiday as relaxing. The villas are styled with a Finnish twist, a lot of wood and natural materials, space and light colors. Here you can live in luxury surroundings close to nature. Ecological values are important for us and the villas are heated with geothermal heating. We also recycle. You can find the recycle bins at the villas.

Guided nature activities and safaris are organized around the year by SaimaaHoliday Oravi. In Oravi village you can find the rental house, reception, restaurant Ruukinranta, Oravi village shop and gasoline station. Regular boat to transfer in summer and winter track during winter season takes you into the National Park. For guided fishing and lake safaris the guide will pick you up directly from the villa pier!

Availability: On the ground floor it is possible to move freely with a wheelchair (the doorway is quite narrow to the shower area connected to the sauna), a movable ramp is also available to the villa. There is a spacious bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The villa has a gentle and flat path to the beach of the villa. If needed please ask for specific measurement and more photos to see if this type of villa is suitable for you. Check the availability from the sales service before making the reservation!

Sauna: in the villa electric sauna

Lake side sauna: traditional Finnish lakeside sauna with wood heated stove is included in the price during period 1.5 - 15.10, not in use in winter time.

Equipment: fire place, TV,  DVD-player, dishwasher, china and cooking equipment for 18 persons, electric oven, microwave oven, washing machine, drying cabinet, refrigerator, freezer, garage, store room, fish preparing table. Internet and satellite TV, Chromecast. The villa also has starter kits for toilet and kitchenpapers. The price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning.

Beach: private moraine beach, jetty, fire place and rowing boat.

Other services: playground for children and sandy beach near the cottages. Good fishing waters next to the villa. Catering service and guided trips.

We welcome pets to the villas as well with 30€/ extra cleaning fee/ pet.
