Saunayoga is a soothing practice for both body and mind, combining the gentle heat of the sauna with simple, yoga-inspired movements.

The session takes place seated on the sauna benches at around 50°C. The warmth helps release tension, improve mobility, and bring a sense of calm and clarity.

No previous yoga experience is needed – suitable for everyone.
