Welcome to enjoy a relaxing sauna yoga class in Oravi harbour
Sauna Yoga is based on various yoga styles and is practised in a temperature of approximately 50°C. The poses for example help to relieve tensions in the neck and shoulders. The gentle heat of the sauna effectively melts away the strains and the slow-paced exercise calms and focuses the mind in the present. For many, Sauna Yoga is the best way to alleviate the symptoms of stress.
The instructed Sauna Yoga session lasts for 30-45 minutes. It is suitable for everyone and requires no previous yoga training experience.
In Oravi we have a weekly class on Wednesdays at 15.45-16.30 in summer and the rest of the year at 18.00. Groups can book a private class any time.
